SELLERS:

• Vehicles must be in no later than 5 pm the day before the auction
• Consignors must have title to vehicle when entering it in the auction

When selling your car describe it correctly, such as:

NO Reserve - last bidder buys.

AS IS - No warranty express or implied.

Wyoming Statute:
a) has b) has not had over $ 4,000 damage - applies to 1988 and newer vehicles. Salvage titles, police car, etc. have to be declared.

Sale Guarantee - Means engine, transmission, rear engine clutch, and rack have to be in good working order. Good until 5 pm on auction day.

Full Sale Guarantee - Means engine, transmission, clutch, rear end, rack, cooling system, all electrical, refrigeration, all 4x4 options are in good operating condition allowing $ 250.00 of repairs. Good until 5 pm on auction day.

All 1988 and older sold AS IS unless otherwise specified.

No Sale Fee $ 25.00

BUYERS:

Must have cash or cashiers check (verifiable). Purchase must be settled by the Monday following auction by 5:00 pm.

$ 250.00 cash deposit for all bidders. Refundable if no purchase is made, or applied towards a purchase.

All units need to be removed within 1 week following auction or a charge of
$ 5.00 per day will occur unless vehicle is entered into next auction.

Have good batteries and gas in your cars.
Minimum $5.00 to start or put gas in your car.

Auction will not be responsible for owning any vehicle in case of dispute between buyer and seller. If misrepresented it will revert back to seller.
